Job Title: Senior Automation Equipment Engineer

As a Senior Automation Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for the manufacturing automation system and equipment's stability and performance improvement. This includes performing root-cause analyses, driving equipment improvement to achieve target utilization & uptime, conducting data analysis and developing data-driven solutions to resolve daily challenges and improve operation performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the manufacturing automation system and equipment's stability and performance improvement.
  • Perform root-cause analyses and drive equipment improvement to achieve target utilization & uptime.
  • Conduct data analysis and develop data-driven solutions to resolve daily challenges and improve operation performance.
  • Manage system and equipment's preventive maintenance program.
  • Support cross-functional projects through PoC to production roll-out to enable advanced automation into operation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Robotics/manufacturing automation systems/equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in robotic and automation systems is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge in programming, preferably Python to analyze data will be an added advantage.
