About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an outlet trainee manager.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a strong passion for the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating POS system, handling payments, and preparing food/beverages/toasts per SOP
  • Preparing food and desserts according to SOP, ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety
  • Greeting and serving customers, handling feedback positively, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Managing inventory, and assisting in all outlet duties
  • Supporting team members and performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Supervising staff, managing outlet operations, stock, and scheduling

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • No experience required – training provided
  • Be willing to handle hot food/equipment and rotate across all stations
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude and good customer service mindset
  • Able to work 6 Days work week
