Job Title: Fare Compliance Manager

The Fare Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager, Fare Compliance in various duties and responsibilities. The role requires a strong understanding of fare compliance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit compliance with fare policies and regulations.
  • Manage cybersecurity measures to prevent unauthorized access to fare data and systems.
  • Develop and implement new processes and standards within the Fare Systems Operations branch to minimize cybersecurity risk.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on new fare system projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee staff training-related matters and budgeting expenses for the financial year.
Qualifications & Work Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience. Relevant experience in rail or transport industry; or regulatory, cybersecurity and compliance related roles are welcome to apply.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI would be an advantage.
  • Railway Operations and Maintenance knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
Generic Skills Include:
  • Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Good people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, meticulous, and willingness to learn.
