BIM Modeler Role

We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to fill this critical position.

As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and preparing shop drawings of structures, components, and devices
  • Reviewing design specifications, measurements, and drawings to identify potential issues or changes
  • Developing accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and components

You will also be required to:

  • Assist in the preparation of submission drawings complying with various authorities' guidelines
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams to ensure timely task completion
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve design issues

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Adequate qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry (at least 3 years)
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and other related BIM software

Prior experience with calculating ETTV, RETV, and RTTV, as well as familiarity with SS553, SS554, Singapore fire code, and Green Mark version 2021 is an asset. To excel in this position, you must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
