- Payment Vouchers: Process and manage payment vouchers, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Payments Collection: Collect payments from customers and vendors as needed.
- Payments Processing: Process payments to customers, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring prompt and accurate payment processing.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our financial team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required.
- Educational Qualification: At least an LCCI Certificate in Accounting/Book-keeping.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial administrative functions.
- Additional Advantage: Experience and knowledge in school financial operations and administration is highly desirable.
