Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Instructor to join our team. As a Clinical Trainer and Mentor, you will be responsible for providing training, orientation, and support to nursing staff to build and maintain their skills.

You will establish a supportive clinical learning environment for students and new staff, develop and deliver training sessions based on unit and specialty needs, and ensure patient care adheres to nursing standards. Additionally, you will offer training to non-nursing staff and volunteers, and support hospital-wide training initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • Specialist Diploma in Clinical Education is an advantage
