Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to lead our teams in executing and delivering high-profile projects. As the key point of contact for clients, you will foster strong relationships and ensure seamless communication throughout all phases.

This position demands exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently. You must be proficient in BMS systems, have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, budget, and timelines while working closely with supervisors to establish implementation strategies.
  • Prioritize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Requirements:
  • A degree along with a minimum 6 years of experience in coordinating BMS projects, preferably with supervisory roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in BMS system operation and administration.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
