Bio Energy Business Development Lead

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading and growing the company's bio energy business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering bio energy projects, including renewable energy generation and renewable fuels such as biogas, biomethane, biomass, biofuels, refuse-derived fuels, and waste-to-energy.

  • Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Bio Energy business development efforts. If you have a strong track record of developing and growing businesses, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong knowledge of biomass/wtE/biofuel/rdf design principles, process, and operation philosophy, as well as industry standards and best practices for design, maintenance, and reliability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Professional engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is advantageous
  • At least 15 years of hands-on experience in design and project management of biomass/wtE/rdf/biofuels projects
  • Proven track record of leading, developing, and growing a business line, and soliciting business
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
