Oncology Product Procurement Lead

This role involves leading procurement activities for pharmaceutical products, primarily focusing on oncology-related items across ASEAN markets. The successful candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely supply.
- Lead procurement activities for oncology products in the ASEAN region.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with regional suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field and be a Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC). Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional role with occasional travel within ASEAN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet business objectives.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Monitor market trends and product availability to inform procurement decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
