As an Implementation Manager at OCBC Bank, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to the Cash Sales team for complex product solutions, including H2H, API, and File Integrations. You will also perform integration of all cash deals by working closely with clients and their IT teams to ensure successful rollout of services and products.

You will implement solutions using a structured project management plan to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will manage in-country implementation in cooperation with the regional implementation team from Head Office in Singapore.

Key qualifications for this role include strong working experience in customer support, banking operations, and systems, preferably with technical knowledge. At least 5 years of working experience in Transaction Banking or related Banking experience is essential.

You will also be responsible for driving process improvement and initiatives to enhance implementation service delivery and operational/support handling. This includes supporting business units, conducting product information sharing sessions with branches, and organizing department events/initiatives.
