As a Materials Planning Manager at Carrier, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals in Materials Planning and SIOP. Your key objectives will include executing operational plans, managing inventory, and ensuring the quality of work. You will also lead in the development of inventory control reports and manuals.

## Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of intermediate or experienced professionals and set short-term operational plans for the team
* Assist the General Manager/Sales in inventory, backlog, and orders/sales forecasting management
* Work with the customer service associate to resolve customer complaints/requirements, coming up with recommendations for possible solutions
* Lead in the establishment of plans and maintaining data for purchased parts, subassemblies, end items, and other parts as required
* Spearhead the development of the capacity management process, ensuring successful execution of customer demands in support of SIOP
* Lead in the establishment of continuous management for the master demand schedule, adhering to required validations using the best available information
* Responsible for the transportation and delivery of inter/intra-plant parts and outbound finished products
* Oversee tracking of inter/intra-plant work in process (WIP), promise dating, and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow
* Manage warehouse operations, monitoring tracking and shipping processes
* Lead in developing plans to minimize risks for shortages and ensure successful customer delivery
* Perform any other duties assigned in other work areas

## Requirements:

* Good knowledge of SAP is a must. Well-versed in Microsoft Office with good working knowledge of MS Excel
* At least 10 years of relevant working experience in customer services, warehousing, supply chain, etc., in related industries preferred
* Possess good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Able to work independently and handle assignments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Proven record in successfully leading and improving business processes in an international matrix environment
* Has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization
* University degree or equivalent experience
