Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products by planning, scheduling, and executing comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test cases and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our software products
  • Perform thorough troubleshooting and in-depth defect characterization to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective testing strategies
  • Provide timely and actionable results reports to stakeholders and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with a team of experienced testers to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in software or device testing
