Job Opportunity

The Artist & Talent Manager will oversee a portfolio of artists and/or talents, driving their professional growth and maximizing brand opportunities.

This role requires strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and industry expertise to enhance talent success while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned talent's professional growth, opportunities, and industry relationships.
  • Negotiate favorable terms for collaborations, partnerships, endorsements, and other engagements on behalf of talent.
  • Oversee the execution of branded campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals while maintaining talent's creative integrity.
  • Support talent in optimizing content strategy, social media presence, and audience engagement.
  • Develop long-term strategies to maximize talent potential across digital, live, and media platforms.
  • Manage talent calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of shoots, events, and commitments.
  • Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including brands, agencies, PR firms, and production teams.
  • Communicate with media, PR, and commercial contacts to manage inquiries on behalf of talent efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving creator economy to leverage new opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field, with proven experience in artist/talent management or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of influencer and entertainment industry, including social media trends and brand partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with contract negotiation and brand deal structuring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to foster strong relationships with talent and industry stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
