Job Overview

The role of a Plumbing Installation and Repair Supervisor is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of plumbing and sanitary systems.

This position involves overseeing day-to-day maintenance and repairs, as well as ensuring safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements.

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbers and other technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inventory levels and repair histories.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement budget plans and resource allocation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to plumbing and electrical installations.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and reduce downtime.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of plumbers and technicians to achieve exceptional results.
