Chief Mobile App Development Strategist

We seek an accomplished Senior Mobile Application Development Lead to spearhead our mobile app development initiatives.
About the Role:
- Project Strategy and Execution: Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Create detailed project plans and monitor progress.
- Team Management: Mentor a team of developers, designers, testers, and technical staff. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide performance feedback.
- Technical Expertise: Establish technical architecture and development standards for mobile applications. Evaluate new technologies and tools.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements. Translate user needs into design specifications.
- Design and Development: Oversee the design process, including UI and UX design. Monitor development, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionalities.
- Testing and Deployment: Manage the testing phase, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Coordinate app deployment.
- Post-Launch Support: Monitor app performance metrics and address user feedback. Manage bug fixes, updates, and feature enhancements.

- You possess excellent leadership skills, experience in managing cross-functional teams, and strong technical expertise in mobile application development.
- You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications on time and within budget.
- You are well-versed in Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices.
