Key Responsibilities:

A digital innovator responsible for developing IT-enabled business capabilities to align with the strategies of PAP Community Foundation.

Serve as a business analyst, collaborating closely with business users to define business requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and manage issue resolution.

Additionally, fulfill the role of a project manager in overseeing outsourcing management to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Envision the application of technology within PAP Community Foundation to enhance employee productivity by actively engaging with business users, documenting and analyzing current business processes and systems, and recommending enhancements.
  • Plan and oversee the Resource Management project for PAP Community Foundation.
  • Organize and manage the redevelopment of the Student Management System project for PAP Community Foundation.
  • Develop, plan, and manage new initiatives identified by business users as part of the PAP Community Foundation Digitization strategy.
  • Provide added value to divisions and departments by advising on best practices for leveraging suitable digital technologies, facilitating and supporting change management processes, and promoting alignment with the PAP Community Foundation vision.
  • Oversee ICT projects throughout their lifecycle, from gathering business requirements, drafting project proposals, and procurement to implementation, ensuring that projects fulfill customer requirements and are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Execute project management in an outsourcing context to guarantee that (a) contractual commitments are fulfilled, and projects are successfully delivered by vendors/service providers; (b) contracts consistently meet customer needs; (c) vendor performance is monitored according to contractual obligations and service-level agreements; (d) project risks are effectively mitigated and managed.
  • Track issues to ensure proper resolution and closure.
  • Foster and enhance customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Holder Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in business analysis, IT consulting, project management, and outsourcing management.
  • Proficient in business analysis, project management, outsourcing management, and team leadership.
  • A proactive, quality-focused self-starter with a strong analytical and methodical approach.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
