Voice Signal Processing Specialist

As a Speech Scientist, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge voice and speech signal processing technologies. Your work will involve conducting research and product development in the area of voice and speech signal processing. You will provide core algorithms using microphone array technology for speech enhancement and recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop new algorithms for voice and speech signal processing.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement voice-based products.
- Develop and maintain software releases for voice and speech signal processing technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong background in voice signal processing, including adaptive filters, speech enhancement, microphone array, noise reduction, and acoustic echo cancellation (AEC).
- Familiarity with AI algorithms and architectures related to their applications in speech signal processing.
- Knowledge of speech processing toolkits (Kaldi/ESPnet/SpeechBrain) and deep learning toolkits (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in industrial product design is a plus.
