Senior Costing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Costing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their expertise in cost management, financial analysis, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement effective costing systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance/FP&A roles within manufacturing industries.
- Hands-on experience in cost management, financial analysis, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in ERP and costing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
