We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing precision tooling of Semiconductor Backend Equipment.

Below are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Design and develop precision tooling of Semiconductor Backend Equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Analyse customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mechanical design

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering industry, preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in using 2D Autocad software
  • Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
