Job Opportunity

Our team seeks an Precision Tooling Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge precision tools and fixtures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions, leveraging expertise in precision manufacturing, materials science, and computer-aided design.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of production data to identify areas for process improvement, applying knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and statistical methods.
  • Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure quality and efficiency of precision tools and materials, utilizing analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, offering guidance on tooling and manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all tooling and manufacturing processes, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies, engaging in continuous learning and professional development.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in precision manufacturing, preferably as a tooling engineer.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, computer-controlled machining tools, and precision manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality assurance techniques.
