About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our team and lead the development and management of our frontend team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a technical roadmap for the frontend team, ensuring we stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Manage daily team operations, ensuring smooth project progress and supporting talent development.
  • Lead and optimize the construction of regional operations, driving product improvements across various dimensions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, maintaining cutting-edge frontend technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • At least 2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
  • Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in web frontend development.
  • Solid understanding of mainstream frontend frameworks, such as React or Vue, with in-depth experience in at least one of them.
  • Hands-on experience in developing high-performance, highly available, and user-friendly web applications.
  • Strong capabilities in system design, engineering practices, and technical planning.
