This is an IT support group that values innovation, collaboration, and technical expertise. We require a highly skilled IT System Administrator who can contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support, implementing effective IT security practices, and working closely with teams to provide IT guidance, training, and support for new technologies.

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for assisting in ERP system setup, user management, and ongoing support as the system is fully implemented, managing backend updates, monitoring site performance, maintaining and troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and network systems.

The candidate will also work with internal teams to integrate IT systems and automate data flow where possible, establish and manage data backup, storage, and recovery protocols, and coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure service quality.


Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows/Mac operating systems, network configurations, and software applications.
  • Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
