
High Net Worth Client Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will spearhead the launch of a High Net Worth (HNW) client segment, supporting the firm's expansion across Asian markets. This role requires expertise in developing and managing relationships with HNWI clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Greater China.
">Responsibilities include:
- Deliver tailored wealth solutions to clients through personal networks, events, and channel partnerships.
- Drive client retention and engagement by utilizing lifecycle management strategies.
- Provide expert advice on private funds, bonds, structured notes, and customized portfolios leveraging internal research and risk frameworks.
- Collaborate with investment advisors, product specialists, and analysts to deliver market insights and portfolio recommendations.
- Navigate internal processes efficiently and partner with middle/back-office teams to optimize client experience.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- 5+ years of experience as an RM or in HNW sales across private banking, wealth management, securities, or family offices.
- A strong understanding of HNWI asset allocation and investment solutions.
- Proven ability to source and serve HNW clients with a strong track record in business development.
- Excellent communication, client service, and long-term relationship-building skills.
