Employment Counsel Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Counsel to support our operations and growth in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice on employment law issues across the Asia Pacific region, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Draft, negotiate, and enforce employment-related agreements, templates, and forms.
  • Develop and implement scalable, compliant employment policies and programs to support our growth.
  • Conduct reviews and audits of employment policies and practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Able to assess legal risks and benefits and provide clear, practical advice.
  • A proactive, positive attitude, willing to tackle any project.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in creating and scaling HR processes and policies for rapid growth.
