Roles and Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving EHS excellence in the Aerospace sector.

We are seeking an EHS Professional who will lead the investigation of workplace accidents and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.

  • Lead investigations into workplace incidents and conduct thorough analyses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective EHS procedures, protocols, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety awareness and foster open communication across departments.
  • Provide expert guidance on EHS matters and utilize problem-solving tools to address complex EHS challenges.
  • Conduct regular site audits and machine/equipment audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze EHS performance metrics to identify hazards and recommend improvements to drive business results.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (RWSHO) certification is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
