About the Role:

FIDReC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Payment Services Providers to join our team. As a key member of our PSP team, you will be responsible for handling and mediating financial disputes related to payment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mediate solutions acceptable to both parties, utilizing extensive knowledge of e-payment services and associated processes.
  • Handle and mediate financial disputes primarily related to payment services, working directly with consumers and payment service providers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the Banking industry or Fintech industry, with a comprehensive understanding of product and process knowledge or complaints handling experience.
  • Relevant working experience in general mediation and/or mediation specializing in financial disputes, with a focus on payment services.
  • Possess a good degree from a recognized tertiary institution, and demonstrate the maturity, aptitude, skills, and experience for mediation and dealing with disputants.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling disputes within the Payment Services/ Banking sector in Singapore.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage disputes and mediate resolutions.
