Leading Cloud Infrastructure Team

As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a team of technical experts in delivering and maintaining the core infrastructure for online services. This includes Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.
You will be responsible for guiding your team in performing complex hardware deployments, diagnosing equipment issues, and decommissioning hardware components. Additionally, you will support technician performance by prioritizing tasks, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with basic knowledge of computer hardware and components, and 3+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- 1+ year's experience directing, supervising, or managing others.
- Ability to work shifts, including evening, nighttime, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements is required for this role. These requirements include passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire.
