Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Business Development Manager, Mortgages. This position is responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the mortgage market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with external stakeholders such as property agents, brokers, and other sales professionals to increase referrals for mortgage loans under individual names.
  • Work independently in new environments such as show flats and events.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to handle loan-related enquiries.
  • Engage affluent and mass-market clients for their mortgage requests through various channels including marketing campaigns, inbound mortgage enquiries, and branch walk-ins/referrals.
  • End-to-end implementation of mortgage loan application processes, ensuring cases are processed efficiently from inception to customer acceptance.
  • Perform off-office hours and weekend activities when required, such as networking events, campaigns, and show flats.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings, conducting regular market updates and follow-up activities for target customer groups to enhance product differentiation.
