We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive high-priority healthcare initiatives that enhance our healthcare propositions, strengthen our health and wellness ecosystem, and ensure the financial sustainability of our healthcare portfolio. This includes driving initiatives that improve the value of healthcare services provided to our clients and working with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective healthcare solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for focusing deeply on one or more of these high-priority initiatives and directly driving and delivering them. This includes working closely with senior stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the underlying problem and how to craft a relevant initiative to address the problem, developing the concept, framework, and roadmap for the initiative, analyzing healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and measuring the impact of initiatives, and monitoring initiative impact to ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved for the company.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in healthcare or health insurance
  • Exposure to health insurance functions and/or deep understanding of one or two relevant functions
  • Good understanding of value-based healthcare and utilization management
  • Proficient in healthcare data analysis including use of MS Excel, SQL
  • Basic understanding of the healthcare system in Singapore
  • Ability to work with external advisors, including consultants
  • Flexible, able to work in dynamic environment and across cultures, willing/able to travel if necessary
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, proven track record of delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong and effective interpersonal relationship skills, team player
  • Analytical problem-solving/decision-making and judgment skills
