Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineering Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning and execution
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure design and construction align with project specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
  • Monitor work progress on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Track project schedules and coordinate timely delivery of materials and manpower
  • Participate in site meetings, inspections, and resolve technical/site issues promptly
  • Ensure documentation is updated and maintained for inspections, testing, and audits
  • Liaise with QA/QC and Safety departments to ensure all works comply with required standards
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in construction projects, preferably in semiconductor/industrial/commercial building sectors
  • Familiar with project planning tools and construction drawings
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate
  • Candidates with strong experience will be considered for a higher-level position, with salary adjusted accordingly
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
