Job Opportunity:
As a Levy Collection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with relevant agencies to streamline levy collection processes. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in investigating discrepancies in payment amounts claimed by companies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively engage with employers and other stakeholders. A strong team player with good organizational skills, able to multitask and work independently, is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with relevant agencies on Levy collection efforts
  • Investigate discrepancies in payment amounts claimed by companies
  • Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with company representatives
  • Draft and send email responses to appeals
  • Statistics reporting on number of appeals received and track outcome of appeals
  • Handle and process refunds

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree holder
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective team player with good analytical and communication skills
  • Driven, meticulous and able to multitask and work independently
  • Knowledge related to compliance audit policies, relevant acts and regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
