Job Description:

We are seeking a Levy Audit Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with relevant agencies on Levy collection effort and exchange of data/information.

The role involves investigating discrepancies in payment amounts claimed by companies, as well as face-to-face or virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records.

Drafting and sending email responses to appeals, as well as statistics reporting on the number of appeals received and tracking outcomes, are also key responsibilities.

In addition, the Levy Audit Executive will be handling and processing refunds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to engage employers and other stakeholders.

Effective team players with good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential, as are being driven, meticulous, and able to multitask and work independently.

A diploma or degree holder with knowledge related to compliance audit policies, relevant Acts, and Regulations is an advantage.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, such as Vlookup and pivot tables, prior experience in data analysis, and sense-making from systems is strongly beneficial.

Benefits:

This is a 2-year contract position (renewable) with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm.
