Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.
About the Role
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate goal-oriented nursing case activities for assigned patients, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
- Perform designated procedures and treatments in accordance with expected standards of practice and guidelines, promoting patient comfort and well-being.
- Assist in discharge planning activities, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions.
- Work collaboratively with Staff Nurses to prioritize and organize care, meeting the treatment and rehabilitative needs of patients.
- Record accurate, concise statements on nursing care rendered, facilitating informed decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support doctors and nursing staff during treatments and examinations, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
- Contribute to carer training and basic health education of patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal relationships with colleagues, patients, and the public, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and rehabilitative environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Ensure equipment, instruments, and supplies are properly cleaned and ready for use, preventing unnecessary delays or disruptions.
- Accompany patients to various hospitals and departments as assigned, providing support and assistance during transfers.
Key Qualifications
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
