Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and technically strong leader to spearhead our reliability strategy across semiconductor foundry operations.

  • Define and drive the foundry-wide reliability roadmap aligned with business and customer requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed reliability into design, process, and manufacturing stages.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability engineering.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage people.
  • Deep knowledge of reliability physics, failure mechanisms, and industry qualification standards.
  • Proven track record in leading reliability programs in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.
