Business Development Manager - Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from developing search strategies to negotiating offers. They will also be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers and communicating consistently throughout the recruitment process.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing top talent and will possess excellent relationship management skills. They will also have a solid understanding of the full cycle recruitment process and be able to successfully manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and select candidates through various channels, including social media, employee referrals, and competitive intelligence
  • Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting
  • Expertise in niche skills sourcing, passive to active conversion, and engagement
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and resourcing capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
