Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Childcare Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing routine care and attending to the needs of infants, including feeding, bathing, clothing, and diaper changing. They will also be responsible for evaluating infants' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.

A key aspect of this role is arranging a range of activities that encompass diverse learning experiences, such as reading, singing, and interactive sessions. The Childcare Specialist will also need to communicate effectively with parents on school activities and progress.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and wider centre environment.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Early Years Development Framework (EYDF), Certificate in Infants and Toddler Care and Development (CIT), WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
  • A positive working attitude and good team player skills, with a love for children
