Job Opportunity: Childcare Professional

The Childcare Programme Specialist role is a place-and-train programme that provides participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to interact, plan, and implement programmes, and set up conducive environments in childcare settings for children from 2 months to 6 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to individual centre schedules and practices.
  • Maintain general cleanliness, hygiene, and overall tidiness of the classroom.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children while performing duties.
  • Adhere to Teaching Standards, Safety, Hygiene, Rules, and Regulations set by the centre and ECDA.
  • Provide all other support and assistance where necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Min. Sec 2 education and above.
  • First Aid Certification will be an advantage.
  • Less than 6 months of experience in a childcare/preschool.
  • High tolerance threshold towards children Passionate in teaching.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
