Job Description:

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our 18-month Graduate Trainee programme, designed to provide board experience in Group Finance.

  • You will gain hands-on experience in revenue and cost segmentation, management financials, and reporting suite for Corporate Clients and Treasury.
  • You will assist in delivering revenue and cost management reporting, as well as provide primary support to the Cost Allocation process and Head Office Reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities include developing business profitability insights, enhancing finance support to business partners, and contributing to meeting overall department objectives.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be considered for permanent employment opportunities subject to overall strong performance.

Key activities:

  • You will perform various monthly processes, including revenues and cost allocations, to facilitate Segmental Reporting (SPOT) and Head Office Reporting needs.
  • You will prepare and deliver management reports according to scheduled timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financials at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of IFRS and SFRS, with preference for German GAAP HGB
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and under time pressure with tight deadlines
  • Good analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and good communication skills both written and verbal
