Warehouse Team Lead

This is a critical role that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise and coordinate with warehouse team members on loading and unloading goods from containers and vehicles.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment by coordinating with other departments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies promptly.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • WMS experience or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
