Warehouse Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective warehouse operations systems to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise and train warehouse employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish and maintain high standards of safety and quality in all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, shipping and receiving procedures, and other operational processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive business growth and profitability.
- Assist with deliveries as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and safety protocols.
- Ability to commit to a 5.5-day workweek (Monday-Saturday).
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software.
- Valid Class 3 driving license and forklift license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of company staff.
