Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager

Description
The Senior Procurement Manager plays a pivotal role in implementing sourcing strategies for Networks Technology. This includes Radio Access, Core Networks, SMS platforms, Orchestrators, IPX Connectivity, and OSS (Operations Support System).

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement joint sourcing opportunities and strategies for the Mobile Networks category, specifically focusing on Radio Access, Core Networks, SMS platforms, Orchestrators, IPX Connectivity, and OSS.
2. Lead procurement activities across Singtel Group Operating Companies as part of the Global Category Procurement team.
3. Oversee Group Networks spend under this category, with a focus on driving scale across geographies and prioritizing high-impact spend areas.
4. Establish Group Regional Framework Agreements and perform price benchmarking for the Networks category when necessary.
5. Guide business users and enforce procurement policy, governance, and practices.
6. Proactively influence stakeholders in line with category strategies.
7. Conduct contract negotiations with suppliers, supported by key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement, Telecom, or Technology industry preferred
- Experience in procurement systems (Ariba, Coupa, iCertis)
- Ability to contextualize data analytics into actionable sourcing insights
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with vendors & stakeholders
- Good financial acumen and vendor contracts management
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving skills, framing complex ideas, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
