Job Title: Structured Product Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Structured Product Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in pre/post-trade processing of structured notes transactions, performing reconciliatory checks against trade blotter and trades executed, ensuring accuracy of trade blotter and entries in internal system, collaborating with operations to ensure settlement of trades, maintaining library of trade data and portfolio performance, co-ordinating tasks and ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables, assisting in creating presentation decks by organizing content, designing visuals and collaborating with stakeholders, generating regular/ad-hoc trade data reports for internal stakeholders, enhancing Excel automation solutions using VBA/Python, and creating clear process documentation and workflow maps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre/post-trade processing of structured notes transactions
  • Reconciliatory checks against trade blotter and trades executed
  • Ensuring accuracy of trade blotter and entries in internal system
  • Collaboration with operations to ensure settlement of trades
  • Maintenance of library of trade data and portfolio performance
  • Coordination of tasks and timely completion of assigned deliverables
  • Creation of presentation decks and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Generation of regular/ad-hoc trade data reports
  • Enhancement of Excel automation solutions using VBA/Python
  • Creation of clear process documentation and workflow maps
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with VBA/Python programming languages
  • Knowledge of structured products and trade data management
