Front Desk Operations Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Front Desk Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Management Development Institute Of Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the day-to-day activities of our Residence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, respond to enquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Room Assignments: Process room assignments, reservations, and changes with accuracy and efficiency
- Accounting and Administration: Perform deposit refunds, generate receipts and invoices, and maintain accuracy in end-of-day settlements
- Operational Support: Collaborate with outsourced partners (Housekeeping, Security, Property Management) to ensure seamless operations
- Reporting and Analysis: Participate in night audits, prepare operational reports, and provide comparative data to management
