Landscape Management Position

Our company is seeking an experienced Landscape Manager to oversee our landscape projects and maintenance contracts.

  • Manage all aspects of landscape project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring;
  • Visit sites regularly to ensure compliance with contract requirements and customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and manage the bid process for new landscape projects, ensuring accurate pricing and proposal submissions;
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for landscape services;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscaping industry;
  • Work closely with horticulturists, sales teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality landscape solutions;
  • Resolve contractual disputes and negotiate settlements when necessary;
  • Conduct site visits and inspect work progress to ensure quality control;
  • Prepare progress claims and invoices for submitted work;
  • Assist sales and marketing teams in promoting our landscape services;
  • Oversee and review quotations, proposals, and tenders;
  • Research market trends and propose new products/services to enhance our offerings;
  • Ensure all awarded projects have Letter of Agreement (LOA) prior to commencing work;
  • Lead the team through tender processes, including quantity and pricing tabulations;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and site/project managers;
  • Develop procurement strategies aligned with project goals and budgets.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the landscape industry or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
