Lead Education Facilitator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Education Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Centre Head in overseeing daily operations, including regular liaison with parents and caregivers to provide feedback on children's behavioural and learning progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Head in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
  • Regularly meet with parents and caregivers to discuss children's progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Supervise and coach primary school children to ensure they complete their homework and spelling tasks.
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson content, tailored to meet the needs of our diverse student body.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at the centre, maintaining a secure and supportive environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in education or a related field, with a strong background in teaching and coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
