Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound studies and producing images of diagnostic quality for radiological reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and maintenance of the imaging modalities that you operate, including weekly and monthly quality assurance tests, keeping records of all services performed by vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine quality control checks to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Diploma or Degree in Sonography or Medical Imaging Science.
  • Registration with AHPC (if applicable).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in medical imaging.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 5.5 days per week.
