Job Overview

As a highly skilled professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence across our operations. You will be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize equipment performance to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and maintain equipment capabilities, ensuring they meet production demands.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and quality improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate new equipment and materials to enhance production quality and reduce costs.
  • Provide on-call support during emergency situations, demonstrating your ability to think critically under pressure.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Chemical, Materials Science, Mechanical, Physics, Automation, Aerospace).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with prior leadership or competition experience an advantage.
  • Commitment to shift work and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in foundry operations.
