Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Leader to join our team at IHiS. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing IT security functions, driving complex projects, and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Security Leader will be responsible for:

  • Formulating the Entity's ICT security work plan and aligning it with the Entity's ICT security strategy;
  • Conducting gap analysis to identify ICT security risks and gauging the Entity's ICT security posture and level of maturity;
  • Maintaining an overall view of the ICT security design, implementation, and operations of ICT systems;
  • Collating key security metrics and implementing the Entity's risk and control program to manage the security posture of the Entity's systems;
  • Ensuring that all ICT systems perform a thorough ICT security risk assessment;
  • Ensuring systems have a defined process for the identification and management of incidents and have appropriate security controls in-place to detect, prevent, and recover from any security incident;
  • Supporting the Cybersecurity Incident Response Manager in the investigation and management of ICT security incidents;
  • Planning, designing, and conducting security incident response workshops and exercises;
  • Ensuring that management and execution of all Entities' ICT system development and project management are in compliance to HIM's security and related requirements;
  • Reviewing all Entity's security testing reports and ensuring mitigation is performed satisfactorily;
  • Working with System Owners to ensure that the management and execution of all Entity's ICT systems are operating in compliance to HIM's security and other security requirements;
  • Having full visibility for all Entity's ICT systems and products across operating environments.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing IT security functions;
  • Experience in driving complex projects and managing senior stakeholder relationships;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience presenting and influencing senior managers and business stakeholders;
  • Experience in formulating ICT security work plans and aligning them with ICT security strategies;
  • Experience in conducting gap analysis and identifying ICT security risks;
  • Experience in maintaining an overall view of ICT security design, implementation, and operations;
  • Experience in collating key security metrics and implementing risk and control programs;
  • Experience in ensuring ICT systems perform thorough ICT security risk assessments;
  • Experience in ensuring systems have defined processes for incident management and have appropriate security controls in-place;
  • Experience in supporting Cybersecurity Incident Response Managers in investigating and managing ICT security incidents;
  • Experience in planning, designing, and conducting security incident response workshops and exercises;
  • Experience in ensuring management and execution of ICT system development and project management are in compliance to HIM's security and related requirements;
  • Experience in reviewing security testing reports and ensuring mitigation is performed satisfactorily;
  • Experience in working with System Owners to ensure ICT systems are operating in compliance to HIM's security and other security requirements;
  • Experience in having full visibility for ICT systems and products across operating environments.
