Job Title: Financial Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for clearing suspense accounts, accounting for Frequent Flyer Program liability accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of FFP miles earned by members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clearance of suspense accounts and proper accounting of Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) Liability accounts
  • Ensure that FFP miles earned by KrisFlyer (KF) members and HighFlyer (HF) Corporates on air partners and non-air partners are invoiced timely and accurately
  • Perform monthly FFP accounting for KF miles and HF points earned or redeemed vis-à-vis air and non-air partners
  • Prepare schedules to monitor Other Airlines (OAL) FFP provisions
