Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market trends. Set ambitious sales targets and devise actionable plans to achieve them.

Product Knowledge & Training: Stay up-to-date with our product portfolio, including adapters, servers, power tools, PCs, energy storage systems, and EV charging station power supplies. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in the electronics or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
